VICTORY IS ASSURED

Proverbs 21:31 The horse is made ready for the day of battle, but victory rests with the LORD. (NIV)

God never promised us a life without trouble, in fact the Lord Jesus said in John 16:33 "I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world."

He said there would be trouble, persecution and hard times but assured us peace in Him. He said there would be trouble but assured us of victory, for He said "I have overcome the world." Your victory is assured.

There can only be one outcome for you in a situation or conflict of life, victory. You have a guaranteed victory over this world and all that it brings against you because Jesus gave you victory over it. Victory is your right, Jesus earned it for you. When things seem to be going contrary to what you want, don't behave as if you don't have a choice. No! You do have a choice. Choose victory over it. He overcame for you.

1 Corinthians 15:57 But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

You have been given victory, you can use it anytime over any opposition. Victory is at your disposal you may exercise it. See, the horse is made ready for the day of battle, but victory rests with the LORD. And He's given you the victory through Christ. Praise God!
