The next Minions movie is officially coming in summer 2026, and it looks wild! The film’s title is Minions & Monsters, and Universal Pictures & Illumination just dropped the first trailer during Super Bowl LX!

🎥 What to Expect:

Set in the 1920s Hollywood era, the Minions become movie stars, but chaos follows when they accidentally unleash monsters while trying to make their own film. 

It’s the seventh movie in the Despicable Me universe and a fun standalone adventure focusing on the lovable yellow troublemakers. 

Pierre Coffin returns as director (and voice of the Minions), with a script co-written by him and Brian Lynch.
