2. New GRA

New GRA feels more modern and lively than Old GRA. You’ll find restaurants, lounges, gyms, and serviced apartments here. It’s popular with young professionals and people who like convenience without living in a noisy area.

3. Peter Odili Road Axis

This area is very central and well developed. It’s close to malls, eateries, offices, and major hangout spots. Traffic can be annoying during peak hours, but if you like being close to everything, this area works.

4. Rumuola

Rumuola is practical and balanced. It’s not too expensive and not too rough. Transport is easy, markets and schools are nearby, and it’s a good option for families and working professionals.

5. Rumuokwuta

This area is popular for a reason. It’s accessible, fairly calm, and close to important routes. Rent varies depending on the street, so you can find something affordable if you search well.

6. Trans Amadi

If you work around industrial areas or value quick access to major roads, Trans Amadi makes sense. It’s more functional than aesthetic, but it’s convenient and well connected.

7. Eliozu

Eliozu has grown fast in recent years. It’s a good option if you want newer buildings and slightly cheaper rent compared to GRA areas. Some streets are still developing, so power and roads can vary.

8. Choba

Choba is ideal if you’re a student or work around Uniport. It’s busy and lively, but rent is more affordable. You just have to be comfortable with the movement and noise.

9. Woji

Woji feels more residential and laid back. It’s suitable for families and people who want a quieter environment without leaving the city completely.

10. Ada George Road Axis

This area is a mix of residential and commercial spaces. It’s well connected and has a growing number of estates. Some parts are very calm, others not so much, so street selection matters here.
