As she was playing around, the man turned around and told his wife, "I love you." They kissed. The wife said "thank you for everything you do for us."

I was smiling and I asked the couple, how long have they been married. He said, they dated for 2 years and have been married for 5 years. 

I asked again, what are some marriage advice you can give me. He said, "choose the person who chooses you and do to them as you would love them to do to you."

As I said thank you, the wife added, "be open-minded and communicate clearly. Never assume your spouse knows what you're going through."

I wrote this down because it's one of the best pieces of advice I have had this week.
