It is not enough to ask God for opportunities. The question is; "Will you be willing & ready to go along with them when they come?"

Every opportunity leads to a path, but every opportunity is not your path. If you do not know this, you'd qualify yourself as being lazy.

But being hardworking or ready for success is not known by jumping into every opportunity & trying to explore them. That's not what makes you more productive, serious minded & purposeful. No!

To be purposeful & serious minded is to first know who you are, what you can do, what you cannot do, where, what & who you fit & the opposites.

These are the tenets of being productive.

It is when you have known these things & have also learnt how to pay the right price, then you're ready to fly.

Listen! If you're trying to survive, you shouldn't just run with the instincts to survive, you should also count the cost of survival.

Is your reputation going to be destroyed along the line? Is that opportunity going to take your positivity from you than add positively to you?

Are you going to be running short of character, confidence & progress or running into them?

Does your choices & decisions to get into or leave something or someone's life going to truly make you better as you say or think, or is it going to lead you into regrets, negativity or success?

Are we trying to destroy our own opportunities & safety because of a momentary or temporary satisfaction while ignoring a long-term growth plan because we're trying to protect our ego & not looking into the truth?

Am I more concerned about being right, respected, people or self-pleasing & about a temporary feeling of pleasure than am concerned about being sure, certain, growth oriented & purposeful?

If there's a goal ahead of me that is positive & growth oriented, am I thinking of hitting the goal @ the expense of paying the price of submission, truthfulness, self-development, patience, practicality & self-denial?

Am I telling myself a lie just to feel good, liked, supportive & respected or will my sincerity not be the basis of my decision?

Because it is these things that people are not looking at, & that's why they keep repeating the same mistakes, making the same foolish decisions they've been making, suffering from the same poverty experiences & going through circles of pain that makes them bitter that they call love.

Because you sometimes need to sit & ask yourself, "where has this rigidity, stubbornness, excuses, fear, pride, uncontrolled sexual desires, trying to prove a point, laziness, sentimental living & escape from responsibilities & true judgement been leading me?

Hasn't it destroyed more for me than it has added more gracefulness to my life?"

Because if you do not ask yourself these questions, you'll continue lying to yourself that everything is fine, & that you're truly making progress.
