DAY 2 OF RELATIONSHIP TALKS:
Let's be honest, people get busy. Work, family, business, school, and personal responsibilities can take up a lot of time. So, a delayed reply doesn't automatically mean someone doesn't care.
But there's a difference between being busy and making someone feel unimportant.
A genuinely busy person may not always have time to talk, but they usually find a way to communicate. A simple "I'm having a busy day, but I'll call you later" can make a huge difference.
Pay attention to the pattern.
If they constantly cancel plans, rarely check on you, only contact you when it's convenient for them, and you always have to chase their attention, then the issue may not be their schedule. It may be their level of effort.
Being someone's priority doesn't mean having all their time. It means being considered, valued, and intentionally included in their life.
So before you ask, "Are they really busy?"
Ask yourself:
"When they have time, do they choose to make time for me?"
Because love isn't measured by constant availability. It's shown through consistency, effort, communication, and consideration.
❤️ You deserve someone who may be busy, but never makes you feel forgotten.
