Finding help is easy but finding good, reliable childcare help is the hard part.

At some point, I had to choose between hiring someone through word of mouth or going through an agency.

I came across names like Kemcare Nanny and Placement Agency, Icarella Childcare Services, Divine Nanny Care Services, and Supernannies Nigeria. 

What stood out to me about this agency is that they focus primarily on child care. 

Using an agency doesn’t automatically mean everything will go smoothly.

You still have to ask questions, observe how the nanny interacts with your child and be very clear about your expectations. Not every caregiver will be a right fit for your home.
