I worked in a tertiary institution as a salesgirl in a business center. The shop was located close to the second gate of the institution. then one day as we wrapped up for the day, I observed a local chicken hanging around the shop. I simply ignored it and continued what I was doing as we walked towards the gate, I noticed again that this chicken followed us but walked at a little distance from us at the front. As we approached the gate I talked to the person with me about the chicken following us and complained. It was like the chicken heard what I said then it stopped following us and went behind us. I was shocked and I did not look to see if the chicken waited for us to leave before going back.
This is a true-life story; I remembered this yesternight. I still do not understand. Did the chicken also receive lectures without any certificate. All the other members of its family are mainly at the first gate because that is where they have more access to food particles on the floor.
