You went to a tertiary institution where majority of your lecturers are the same religion and ethnicity as yourself, and the surrounding community is same.

You became a full adult in a geography where majority of your neighbors and those in your locality are the same ethnicity and religion as yourself.

You are working in an institution where almost all your colleagues, managers, supervisors and boss are the same religion and ethnicity as yourself.

All your friends, acquaintances, colleagues and associates are the same ethnicity as yourself.

All your role models and mentors are the same religion and ethnicity as yourself.

Over 95% of your interactions online and offline are the same ethnicity and religion as yourself.

Over 90% of your clients or customers are of the same ethnicity and religious as yourself.

All the examples of anything good, right, ideal etc are only of the same ethnicity and religion as yourself.

And in all these, you truly believe that you possess a broad exposure or global worldview, you are merely deceiving yourself. From where was the exposure derived? 

Hold on. This post isn’t saying it is bad or you are bad. What is being said is that you are very far from making the claim of having an enriched or broad worldview. Never!!!!!!
